Winter layering – Black, white and gold

white buttoned shirtWhen the weather is totally unpredictable and temperatures change from one day to another, dressing in various layers is the best solution. It is always easiest to peal one layer off when the sun makes a grand appearance and it gets too hot.

The lack of rain this winter is a serious problem in a country that is desperately in need of water. The Sea of Galilee (Lake Nazareth)which is the main source of water for Israel, is  falling way bellow the “red line” .

But for us, city dwellers by the beach, the burst of sunny weather is a total joy. There is nothing more relaxing and lifting of the spirit than being able, in the middle of the winter, to have breakfast by the beach, watching the yachts at the distance.

I wish you rain! Drought can be devastating.
You look lovely in spite of the concerns … love black and brown together, especially in this combination. You’re looking youthful and elegant at the same time … again, and as always.
