Apple Crumble

 6-5 apples (granny Smith)pealed, seeded and cut to cubes

 50 g cubes of butter (or margarine)

1 heaped tablespoon brown sugar

 1/3 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon lemon juice

 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Crumble ingredients:

 1 cup flour

50 g Granola

 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

100 g butter (or margarine)

3 tablespoons brown sugar

 1/4 teaspoon salt

Sour cream or vanilla ice cream

 preparation: Preset oven to 180 c

 Melt the butter in a pan, add the apple cubes. Add the brown sugar, maple syrup, lemon juice and cinnamon. Soften for two-minutes and remove from heat .Transfer the Apples to a greased, heat- resistant dish.

 Mix all the Crumble ingredients in a separate bowl.

 Spread on top of the apples. Bake in oven about 20-30 minutes, until bubbling and  Golden . Serve with sour cream or ice cream.
